Subprocessors

TROVA uses a small set of third-party subprocessors to deliver the Service. The list below reflects every vendor that may process Customer Data on our behalf as of the date shown.

Customer Data is never used to train general-purpose AI models. Per our standard service agreement, TROVA does not use customer audio recordings, transcripts, or customer-identifying information to train artificial intelligence models that are made available to other TROVA customers. We use Anthropic and OpenAI through their respective API services, which by default do not train on customer data submitted via API.

Notification of Changes

TROVA will provide existing customers with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that has access to Customer Data. Notice will be sent to the primary administrative contact on file via email and posted on this page. Customers may object in good faith to material additions as set forth in their service agreement.
