Every owner of a $1M – $25M trades shop has watched the same thing happen: a great technician on the truck, a bottom-half technician on the truck the next day, and the difference in close rate between them is the difference between scaling and stalling.

Ride-alongs help. But you can't be in two trucks at once. And the apprenticeship pipeline is collapsing — 20 openings for every new worker entering the trades, and the senior plumbers and HVAC techs who carry your shop are retiring by 2030.

Generic AI-coaching tools don't fix this. They score calls after they're over. They don't understand the difference between a plumbing call and an HVAC call. They don't know that bringing up financing in the right moment is worth an 11-point close-rate lift. They don't ride along.
